Aliquippa Locksmith Dispatch & Coverage
Ohio River steel-town blocks, hillside rentals, and same-day dispatch across 15001.
Aliquippa is a Beaver County city on the Ohio River, eighteen miles northwest of Pittsburgh, and it is really three towns fused into one: Aliquippa, Woodlawn, and New Sheffield merged in 1894. The name is not the Seneca queen’s. It was one of several Indian names the Pittsburgh and Lake Erie Railroad picked at random for its stations in 1878. Arrival is typically 15 to 30 minutes.

What We Cover in Aliquippa
Where we travel, what the property mix looks like, and what to tell us when you call.
Aliquippa is 4.6 square miles on the Ohio River, enclosed on the landward side by Hopewell Township. The city took its present shape in 1894 when Aliquippa, Woodlawn, and New Sheffield merged, so the street pattern changes character from one old town to the next. Tell us which part you are in and whether you are down on the flats or up the hill.
Typical Properties
Built for the mill. The Jones and Laughlin steel works ran along the Ohio from 1905, and the housing that served it is dense early-1900s row and frame stock on the flats, with later homes climbing the hills behind. Employment at the mill sustained a population of 27,023 in 1940. Doors carry original steel-era hardware, and much of it has never been replaced.
Access & Dispatch Notes
On-street parking is easy on the flats and tighter on the hillside streets, some of which are steep enough that a van stops at the bottom. The mill closed in 1984 and was demolished in 1988, and the city has been through a long contraction since, so a lot of the housing is older than its fittings suggest. Give us the block and the nearest cross street.
